Spur / Cartoon Network Competition

This competition (“the Competition”) is conducted by Spur Advertising (Pty) Ltd (“Spur”).All entrants must be in possession of a valid passport during the travel dates of the prize, failure of same will automatically disqualify the winner and a new winner will be drawn.

CN Competition Period

** The Competition is entry into the Spur and Cartoon Network Competition that runs from 08:00am on 14 December 2018 up to midnight on 15 January 2022.

** Entrants are required to purchase any Spur Kids Meal from the Spur Kids Menu and swipe their Spur Family Card / Spur Family App. 1 (One) winner will be selected and telephonically contacted to win a Trip for a Family of 4 (four) to the Cartoon Network Amazone Theme Park in Thailand.

** Winners must be available to travel between 01 February 2022 and 30 June 2022.

** Any winner unable to travel during the said dates will be disqualified and a new winner will be drawn.

CN Eligibility

Who Can Enter

** May only be entered into by Secret Tribe members who are between the ages of 6 (six) and 12 (twelve) years and who are resident in South Africa.

** South African passport holders will be exempt from visa requirements, however should a travel visa be required, such cost will be for Spur’s account.

Who Can Not Enter

** No entrants, whose parents or legal guardians are directors, members, partners, employees, franchisees, or agents of, or consultants to Spur or Turner, its marketing service provider(s) utilised in connection with this Competition, any supplier of goods or services in connection with this Competition, any other person who directly or indirectly controls, or is controlled by, them, or any spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner or associate of any of such persons, may enter into the Competition.

CN Prize

The prize includes the following :

** Economy flight return tickets (including any airport taxes and / fares) for 4 (four) people (1 (one) of whom must be an adult) from an airport in South Africa to an airport in Thailand, to be selected by Turner in its absolute discretion.

** The airport locations, dates and times of the flights shall be determined by Turner in its complete discretion, subject to availability.

** All Economy flights shall be for the account of Turner; The South African Departure and Arrival airports will be the closest to the city / town that the winner resides and any travel costs to and from the airport shall be for Spur’s account.

** 4 (four) VIP access tickets to the theme park known as “Cartoon Network Amazone Waterpark”, located at 888 Moo 8 Najomtien, Chonburi, Thailand 20250;

** A 2 (two) night stay for 4 (four) people in quadruple room accommodation in a hotel to be selected by Turner in its absolute discretion;

** access to the VIP Cabana located at the Venue;

** 1 (one) meet and greet session with a Carton Network character during the Trip, to be determined by Turner in its absolute discretion;

** economy return transfers from Destination Airport to Hotel and from Hotel to Venue for 4 (four) people, as determined by Turner in its absolute discretion; and

** selected meals as determined by Turner in its absolute discretion throughout the dates of the Trip. Winners are to provide Turner with their dietary requirements, if any.

** spending money equivalent to R20 000.00 (Twenty Thousand Rand) which will be for Spur’s account. The spending money will be loaded in Thai Baht onto a Bidvest Card that will be given to the Winner.

** The spending money may not be exchanged for South African Rands and any balance on the card will not be refunded to the Winner.

** Winners will have 7 (seven) days from date of notification to accept the prize.

** The winner of the prize will be randomly drawn and will be notified via telephone by a Spur representative.
