Customer Protection Insurance :

Accidental Death Insurance :

** We offer Accidental Death Insurance as an additional option with the RCS Card.

** RCS can get quotes for you in under 7 minutes, with no obligation from your side to take the insurance.

Claim Insurance

Steps to follow :

** Complete the relevant claim form for each type of claim

** Attach the required documents (as detailed below)

** Send the relevant documents to RCS, either by email or via fax (021 597 4725).

** Once we have received your claim documents, it will take 2 -3 weeks for us to assess your claim and provide a response.
