How to enter :

** Purchase a coffee in a cone from any participating SPAR Bean Tree store.

** Take a selfie of you holding the cone/indulging in your treat

** Upload your pic to the My SPAR Facebook page, Instagram or Twitter with the hashtag #SPARBeanTree

** Winners will be randomly drawn on a monthly basis. (One winner per month).

Terms and Conditions :

** This competition starts on 1st May 2022 at 7am and closes on 31st July 2022 at 8pm. No late entries will be accepted.

** The competition is open to all South African residents.

** This competition and the awarding of prizes are held in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 and specifically the regulations governing promotional competitions.

** The SPAR Group Ltd, the SPAR Guild of Southern Africa and the Build it Guild of Southern Africa and Ciro Full Service Coffee Co their directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants and their spouses, life partners, parents, children and siblings are not eligible to participate in or enter this promotional competition.

** Enter this promotional competition in your personal capacity and not as a business.

** To enter this competition, participants must: Purchase a Coffee in a Cone, take a selfie and upload the pic to the My SPAR Facebook page, Instagram or Twitter with the hashtag #SPARBeanTree.

** The promoter is not liable for the failure of any technical element relating to this promotional competition that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted.

** The prize is a chance to win one of 3 Solo Coffee Capsule Machines and one of 3 boxes of 100 Lavazza capsules.

** The winners will be randomly chosen on a monthly basis over the 3 month promotion period and notified within 48 hours to make arrangements for prize delivery. In the event the winners cannot be successfully contacted within the 48 hours and following all reasonable attempts, the winner forfeits their prize and another winner will be selected.

** Any queries in this regard may be directed to the SPAR Consumer Help line on telephone number 0860 313141 during office hours. The names of the prize winners will also be published on My SPAR Facebook page.

** Where winners consent to take part in the promoter’s publicity campaigns, they will not be entitled to a remuneration for such participation and all materials arising from such participation will be the sole property of the promoter.

** Any prize not taken up for any reason within one month of notification will be forfeited.

** The winners may be required to sign a waiver of liability and indemnity before claiming their prizes. All winners will be required to provide their names, original ID books/cards or passports and contact details and to sign an acknowledgement of receipt of the prize.

** By entering this competition, all participants accept and agree to abide by these rules.

** The judge’s decision will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

** The Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged.
