** These are the standard terms and conditions for competitions conducted or organised by or in association with Kansai Plascon.

** Your entry into the competition and/or your acceptance of a prize (in the event that you win a prize) constitutes your binding acceptance of the terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and any person with whom you may share a prize (in the event that you win a prize which is for you and one or more additional persons).

** The Organiser is Kansai Plascon (Pty) Ltd, 10 Frederick Cooper Drive, Factoria, Krugersdorp, South Africa.

** No persons under the age of 18 years of age may enter.

** This promotion is open to residents of the Republic of South Africa aged 18 years and above who are in possession of a valid identity document (“the participants”) and excludes employees and families of employees of Kansai Plascon (Pty) Ltd, their advertising agents, sales agents, promotional agents or any other person connected with or involved in the organizing and running of this promotion.

** You may not participate in or win a competition if you have won a competition organised by Kansai Plascon

** within the past eight months. You will be eligible to participate in a competition organised by Kansai Plascon after the expiry of eight months after the date on which you won the last competition.

** To qualify, participants must purchase a minimum quantity of 5 (five) litres of any Plascon product and retain their till slips as proof of purchase.

** To enter, participants must SMS the word “Plascon”, last 6 digits of the product barcode and their name to 32979.

** SMS entries are charged at R1.00 each. No free minutes apply. Each SMS entry will receive a reply acknowledging receipt of entry. Bulk SMSs will not qualify as valid entries.

** The winning cellphone number must belong to the person that entered.

** Your Receipt/till slip/ invoice or other document evidencing the purchase of the product must be kept as proof of purchase.

** The barcode chosen as the winning number must match the proof of purchase. Should this not be the case, your entry will be disqualified and a new winner will be chosen.

** Multiple entries are permitted to a maximum of five, provided that each entry is submitted separately and is in accordance with entry requirements.

** The promotion will commence on the 1 May 2022 and end on the 31 July 2022.

** The winners may be contacted directly or via digital channels, and subject to the granting of permission by the winner, his/her name will appear on social media as a winner.

** The winner will be required to submit proof of purchase within 48 hours of being notified.

** The award of all prizes is subject to the winner consenting to publication of his/her name and photographs.

** All prizes are awarded at the discretion of the Organiser. The Organiser reserves the right, at its own discretion, to substitute a prize with any other prize of comparable commercial value. The Organiser will not be liable for any latent defects in any prizes awarded.

The Prizes :

** One lucky consumer will stand a chance of winning a grand prize of a R100 000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Rand in Cash) & a Room Makeover valued at R50 000.00 (Fifty Thousand Rand).

** The Room Makeover of R50 000.00 constitute a Kansai Plascon designer consultation valued at R5000.00 (Five Thousand Rand only). Plascon paint and preparation materials, furniture and deco pieces as advised or in conjunction with the Kansai Plascon designer, all these amounting to the value of R50 000.00 only.

** The makeover does not include any structural changes to the property. The room makeover does not include manufacturing of kitchen units, tiling, installations of ceilings, fixing of electrical, structural or any other issues that the structure might have. The room makeover is mainly ADVICE, PAINT & DECO.

** There will be a total of 13 weekly winners (one a week) who will win a voucher worth R5000.00 (Five Thousand Rand only) from Makro or @Home stores.

** Kansai Plascon will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, theft or death arising from the use of any prize awarded.

** Proof of purchase will need to be provided in order to claim any of the prizes up for grabs.
