SPAR KZN Win a JoJo Tank Competition :
1.This competition starts on 21st February 2022 and closes on 2nd April 2022. No late entries will be accepted.
2.The competition is open to all South African residents who are 18 years and older.

3.This competition takes place in selected SUPERSPAR Country and SPAR Country participating stores in KZN only. Only participating store till slips dated within the promotional period will be valid to redeem prizes.
4.To enter this competition, a participant must buy any 3 participating Tiger Brands products to the value of R50 or more from a participating store and SMS “JoJo”, your name and SPAR store name and till slip number to 33761. SMS’s charged at R1.50 and free SMS’s do not apply.
5.No director, employee, agent or consultant of the Tiger Brands Group of Companies, The SPAR Group or their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members, or the supplier of goods and services in connection with this competition may participate in this competition, or anyone who within a period of 183 days preceding this Competition has won any competition organised, promoted, or conducted by the SPAR Group and Tiger Brands, who resides at the same address as such a Winner, or who uses the same telephone number to enter this Competition
6.Multiple entries are permitted but the prize will be limited to one per entrant.
7.The promoter is not liable for the failure of any entry relating to this promotional competition that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted.
8.Entries which are unclear, illegible or contain errors will be declared invalid.
9.The prize includes 1 of 50 2200L JoJo tanks. The promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of similar commercial value in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The prize consists of only the JoJo tank, and does not include accessories (pumps, filters, pipes etc) or installation. Maintenance and installation of the prize will be for the expense of the winner.
10.Prizes may not be redeemed for cash and are not exchangeable.
11.The winners will be selected by an Audited random draw and will be notified telephonically within four weeks of the selection having taken place. In the event that any of the winners cannot be successfully contacted following all reasonable attempts to do so the promoter reserves the right to draw another winner in substitution. The names of the prize winners will be available on the consumer care line.
12.Any prize not taken up for any reason within one month of notification will be forfeited.
