** The Shine Literacy Christmas Campaign with MySchool and Woolworths (“the Campaign”) is open to all card holders over the age of 18 years who are in lawful possession of a MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet Card or Woolworths linked Card.

** The Campaign commences on 2 November 2022 and shall close on 25 December 2022 (called “the Campaign period”).

** The Campaign aims to raise funds to turn the spirit of traditional Christmas into the gift of enhanced literacy and the love of reading through Shine’s Family Literacy Workshop Programme.

** Every time a customer swipes their MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet card or linked Woolworths Card during this period MySchool will donate R0.06 in additional funds towards Shine at no extra cost to the customer in order to raise donations of up to R420 000.00 in total.

** Donations to the Shine Literacy Campaign will be made in addition to the regular contribution made by Woolworths to the cardholder’s MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet beneficiary.

** This Campaign does not affect or change the cardholder’s current beneficiary.

** In order to participate in the Campaign, card holders are required during the Campaign period to swipe any MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet or MySchool-linked Woolworths cards.

** Only positive transactions will qualify (i.e. no returns or refunds).

** Only the first transaction per person per day will qualify (multiple transactions per day will not be counted)

** The donation is not transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Cash donations will be paid to Shine by 31 January 2017.

** Any reference to MySchool or Woolworths in these terms and conditions shall be deemed to include reference to Woolworths (Pty) Ltd, Woolworths Financial Services (Pty) Ltd, Virtual Market Place (Pty) Ltd and any of their holding, associated or subsidiary companies.
