They are currently recruiting for the Online Writers Internship programme where young people with a relevant degree or diploma can apply for this paid internship. In the near future, editors too might be recruited for internships. However, for now, to gauge the works of writers and make corrections, the assistance of editors (like Fantasy book editors for hire and alike professionals can be approached for the same) and proofreads might be required.
