How to enter :

** Buy ANY First Choice Custard between 5 June 2022 and 3 September 2022 (includes 200ml, 250ml, 500ml, and 1 litre variants).

** Retain your till slip as proof of purchase (winners will not be eligible for the prize without proof of purchase).

** Only the original unique till slip(s) for your purchase(s), dated and timed before your entry date and time, and clearly displaying the qualifying product(s) will be accepted.

** The slip(s) is not to be written on or tampered with in anyway.

** Dial *120*5354# & follow the prompts. USSD costs 20 cents per 20 seconds.

** Entries are capped at a maximum of 3 (three) entries per product, per cellular number, per day.

** Daily repeat entries that exceed three entries from the same cellular number are therefore only permitted for new purchases of a different qualifying product and different barcode submission.

** If more than three entries per product per day are received, the participant will receive an automated response to confirm that the entry has not been accepted.

** This promotional competition is open from 5 June 2022 and ends at 12pm (midnight) on 3 September 2022. Any entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

** Weekly and grand prize winners will be announced within 1 week from the draw dates.

By entering the Competition and/or accepting any prize, all entrants and winners agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Rules”).

** The First Choice Winter Custard Promotion (“the Competition”) is organised and conducted by Woodlands Dairy / First Choice, including their affiliates, partners, associations and agents (“the Promoter”/”us”/”our”).

** The promotional competition is open to all South African residents 18 years and over and in possession of a valid South African identity document and residing in South Africa. The competition is not open to any director, member, partner, employee, agent or consultant of the Promoter, the marketing service providers or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by these entities, including their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.

Prizes :

** Participants stand a chance to win 1 of 13 R5000 cash prizes weekly or 1 of 3 R15 000 grand cash prizes monthly.

** The cash prizes will be paid into the winner’s confirmed bank account (the account is to be listed in the winner’s name and proof of account ownership is to be provided, such as a bank letter).

** Participants may only win 1 (one) cash prize in this promotion (i.e. should a participant be drawn as a winner for one of the R5000 weekly prizes, they will not qualify for any of the monthly grand cash prizes of R15 000).

** Payments will only be made to legitimate banking institutions, based within South Africa. Bank account details to be provided in writing before the transaction will be made.

Winner Selection Process :

** The 13 x R5000 cash prize winners will be drawn weekly on the following dates: 12, 19, and 26 June 2022, 3, 10, 17, 24, and 31 July 2022, 7, 14, 21, and 28 August 2022, and 4 September 2022.

** The 3 x R15 000 cash prize winners will be drawn monthly on the following dates: 3 July 2022, 1 August 2022 and 4 September 2022. Should unforeseen circumstances prevent the draw from taking place on the set draw date; the draw will be moved to the next available date.

** Winners will be notified telephonically within 48 hours of the draw date on the cellular number with which they entered the competition. Should the winner not be contactable telephonically within 48 hours, the prize will be transferred to the next randomly selected entry.

** Winners are to supply the necessary/requested details and proof of purchase within 24 hours of being notified of their win or they will be disqualified and a new winner selected.

** Repeat winners are not allowed for this competition and after the winner is drawn, the cellular number and winner will not be eligible for further prizes in this competition.

** Entrants who have won other First Choice competitions within the 6 months of the campaign will not be eligible to compete.

** The Promoter reserves the right to withhold prizes from any such person, and to reclaim any such prize if a breach of this rule is subsequently discovered. This applies to any First Choice Custard promotion run within the past 6 months from the competition start date.
