Terms & Conditions :
1. This competition is open to South African citizens only.Boxer & Unilever employees, their advertising agencies, sales agents and their immediate families are not permitted to enter.
2. Seven winners will be chosen over a period of seven weeks and announced to the public on several platforms i.e. TV, radio, the Boxer social media platforms.
3. Boxer & Unilever reserve the right to terminate this competition at any time at their sole discretion and further to withdraw or amend this promotion including prizes in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or factors outside of their control.
4. The competition valid dates are 1 September to end October 2022 and available at all Boxer Superstores.
5. To enter, buy 2 Sunlight products from any Boxer Superstore, get your promotional coupon with your unique number and dial *120*26937*uniquenumber# and follow the prompts. Entrants will be sent an SMS with a telephone number to call to share their dream. [USSD entry costs 20c per 20secs, and normal telephone rates apply to phone call made].
6. All winners must be prepared to travel at any time during the competition or they will be disqualified and the prize forfeited. Retain till slip as proof of purchase or no prize can be awarded to selected winners. The prize is not transferrable for cash.
7. Once contacted, the winners will be announced on the Boxer Social Media platforms, showcased on the Boxer website and appear on SABC 1.
8. Once winners have been selected; the terms and conditions of this Agreement are absolutely confidential between the parties and shall not be disclosed to anyone else until Dream has been showcased on TV, except as shall be necessary to effectuate its terms. Any disclosure in violation of this section shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement.
9. Winners will be asked to sign a release form for the use of their photos & video footage and/or names in the media for the publicity of the prize.
10. By entering this competition, you agree to allow Boxer & Unilever to contact you regarding future campaigns and promotions.
11. The judges’ decision on all matters arising out of the competition will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. By entering the competition and/or accepting the prize, entrants and winners hereby indemnify Unilever & Boxer, their directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from, and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from participation in the competition, acceptance of the prize and/or participation (or non-participation) in prize related activity.
13. By entering the competition, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
