Buy & Stand a chance to Win Contest
1. This competition is open to everyone in South Africa aged 18 years and older with a valid South African ID document and a South African bank account. This excludes Amka Products (Pty) Ltd employees, their advertising agencies, sales agents and their immediate families.

2. The competition is open to entries from Botswana, Swaziland, Namibia and Lesotho. Entries from these countries will only be accepted via the Chemico mobi-site. Terms and conditions relating to these entries will be posted on the site – chemico.mobi/
3. This competition is valid from 1 September 2022 – 30 November 2022
4. The total prize value for this competition is R200 000 cash. The R200 000 will be divided as follows: 9 × R10 000 in weekly cash prizes for 9 weeks and a cash Grand Prize of R110 000.
5. To enter, consumers should buy any product from the Personal Touch or Chemico range, dial *120*242424# and enter the promotional code on pack. Calls are charged at 20c for every 20 seconds in the session.
6. The first weekly winner be drawn on 19 September 2022 and every week thereafter for a period of 9 weeks. The main price will be drawn on 1 December 2022.
7. The draw dates for the winners are as follows 19, 26 September 2022 and 3, 10, 17, 24, 31 October 2022 and 7, 14 and 1 December 2022.
8. Participants may enter as many times as they wish over the promotional period, provided that the participant purchases the participating products each time and completes the competition entry.
9. All winners will be expected to provide a copy of their ID document as well as proof of their South African banking details, which will be utilised for the fulfillment of prizes. All participants should retain their till slip as proof of purchase.
10. Winners will be selected via a random draw. An electronic system designed and operated by a third party will be utilised for the draw. Winners will be notified telephonically on the cellular number used to enter the competition. Following 3 unsuccessful attempts to make contact with a drawn winner, the prize will be awarded to another entrant.
11. It is expected that people will enter using a phone number that is owned and registered to that person. No other person can use another person’s phone number for competition entry purposes. This is to avoid fraud and possible litigation between the phone owner and the entrant.
12. All winners may be asked to sign a release form, allowing Amka Products (Pty) Ltd to publish their photos and/or names in the media for a period of up to two years without payment or additional compensation.
13. With your consent, Amka Products (Pty) Ltd may contact you regarding future campaigns and promotions.
14. Amka Products (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion including prizes in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or factors outside of its control at any time at its sole discretion.
15. Except as provided for in the Consumer Protection Act No. 68 of 2008, the judge’s decision on all matters arising out of the competition will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. By entering the competition and/or accepting the prize, entrants and winners and their companions hereby indemnify Amka Products (Pty) Ltd, the organisers, their directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from, and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from participation in the competition, acceptance of the prize and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize related activity.
17. Amka Products (Pty) Ltd will not be held liable for any entrant that provides incomplete or incorrect details and any technical glitches beyond its control.
18. The competition shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
19. By entering the competition, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
