Competition Period

** This competition is open from 01 December 2017 to 15 January 2022.

** Any entries received after midnight on the last day will not be valid and not be considered.

** The winner will be announced on 01 February 2022.

Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter of this comp

etition is SONY, supported by Cape Union Mart registered address at 34 Barrack Street, Cape Town 8001.

2. All persons (“the entrants”) entering the JUMANJI competition (“the promotional competition”) agree that the competition rules as set out in these terms and conditions are binding on them.

3. The competition is open to all South African Residents above the age of 18 who are in possession of a valid identity document, except directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the promoter or marketing service providers in respect of the promotional competition, or the spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members, or anyone who within a period of 183 days preceding this competition has won any competition organised, promoted, or conducted by SONY or Cape Union Mart or who resides at the same address as such a winner.

Prize

** A random draw will be done where one competition entrant will win a Family Holiday for four (4) people to Mjejane River Lodge in the Greater Kruger Park (“the Travel prize”) to the value of R50,000 (Fifty Thousand Rand). The winner will be contacted via telephone call.

The Travel prize is subject to additional terms and conditions set out below.

** Travel prize consists of x4 economy class flights from JHB to KMIA (Kruger Airport), transfers to and from Malelane and accomodation for 4 people for 3 nights at the Mjejane River Lodge. Winners will be accomodated in 2 standard rooms on a full board basis.

** The prize also includes Includes:2 game drives,1 daily Kruger drive & 1 daily drive on the Mjejane Reserve subject to the reserve’s own terms and conditions. Children 0 – 5 years are not permitted on game drives. Children 6 – 11 years are allowed on game drives at managers discretion

** Excludes beverages, transfers & conservation levy. Kruger Conservation levies are not included and needs to be paid directly at the lodge. Conservation levy for the Kruger National Park of R250 per person per night, subject to change. Children 0 – 5 years are not permitted on game drives. Children 6 – 11 years are allowed on game drives at managers discretion.

** Travel prize must be taken between February 1st and July 31st 2022 excluding the 28th March 2022 – 10th April 2022 and the 22nd June – 17th July and Prize promoter recommends that all passengers obtain travel and medical insurance prior to commencing any flight.

** At least one person travelling must be over the age of 18.

** All travel on flights is subject to the carrier’s general conditions of carriage for passengers and baggage and the notice and conditions of contract contained on each ticket or itinerary. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure compliance with these.

** The winner and their companions are responsible for supplying valid passports and visas and obtaining any inoculations that may be required. Any associated cost(s) incurred must be borne by the winner and his/her travelling companion. By taking part in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
