Terms & Conditions
** This promotional rebate offer is brought to you by Tencent Africa Services Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) and relates to the ‘Fitkey’ Official Account (“Fitkey OA”).
Duration :
** This promotion starts on 01 January 2022 and ends at midnight on 30 March 2022 (“Promo Period”).
The offer :
** If during the Promo Period you use the Fitkey OA on the WeChat App to order and pay for ‘Fitkey Classes’ using your WeChat Wallet, we will give you 50% of your WeChat Wallet-based payment back into the ‘cash’ balance portion of your WeChat Wallet (“Rebate”), provided that we will only do so for your first 5 payments for Fitkey on the Fitkey OA via the WeChat Wallet and only up to a maximum amount of R500 cash back per transaction.
WeChat Wallet requirement :
** You need to be a registered user of WeChat and the WeChat Wallet specifically to participate in this promotional offer. WeChat and WeChat Wallet terms of use and eligibility requirements apply which can be found at 35.197.208.52/wechat-wallet-user-agreement/ .
** Note specifically that only South African citizens with a valid ID number and who are 16 years of age or older may register for a WeChat Wallet. The WeChat Wallet is also only available for iOS and Android devices with WeChat version 6.3.7 and over.
Nature of the Rebate :
** The Rebate will be paid into the ‘cash’ balance portion of your WeChat Wallet, and will be able to be used as set out in the WeChat Wallet and Standard Bank Instant Money terms and conditions. More specifically, you can use it to make purchases at participating merchants (both within the WeChat App and at all Snapscan merchants), or cash it out at any Standard Bank ATM, or send some or all of it to your WeChat contacts.
** You are not entitled to a Rebate if we consider you to have acted contrary to these Conditions and/or if we suspect you to have acted fraudulently or otherwise unlawfully. Your rebate shall also be cancelled if you do not proceed with and/or cancel your transaction on the Fitkey OA. We further reserve the right to discontinue the promotional offer at any stage due to unforeseen circumstances, including fraudulent activity.
