2022 Applications for financial assistance at the University of the Western Cape are now open. UWC has many options for students who need assistance when it comes to paying for their studies.
Are you a student at the University of the Western Cape and need help paying your fees? Applications for financial assistance at UWC are now open for 2022.
Criteria
- South African citizen
- Undergraduate and postgraduate recognised programs
- Good academic performance
- Financially needy
It’s important to note that an application for financial assistance does not guarantee assistance.
Should your application be accepted, you might need to still make a contribution towards your fees depending on the EFC (Expected Family Contribution) as per FA Means Test (Means Test is an examination into the financial state of a person to determine eligibility for public assistance).
Supporting documents should not be older than 3 months of submission. All copies should be certified as true copies within 3 months of submission.
Applications will close on 8 June 2022.
