Requirements
- Three (3) year Diploma or Degree in Public/Business Administration or an equivalent qualification.
- Five (5) years’ experience in municipal administration.
- Computer Literacy.
- Analytical and good writing and language skills.
- Ability to communicate in two or more of the local official languages.
- Applicants must be in possession of a valid driver’s licence.
