Competition Period
The competition will be open for entry on 23 April 2022 and will close at 11.59pm on 30 April 2022 and no entries will be accepted after this date.
How to Participate?
To enter, you are required to comment on the Naartjie Facebook and Instagram post containing a hidden bunny emoji. Posts must be submitted by 11.59pm on 30 April 2022.
Selection Process
The Winner will be selected at random by Truworths and the process will be overseen and certified by an independent party either in person or by electronic communication, in accordance with all the relevant regulatory requirements, on/before 14 May 2022.
The decision of Truworths in this regard shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prizes
** The draw to determine the Winners will be random. The Winners will receive one gift card each to the value of R1000.00 (One Thousand Rand only).
** The gift card can be redeemed at any Truworths store or Fuel store in the country.
Winner Announcement
** The Winners will be notified via the social media platform entered on, on or before 25 May 2022. Further contact to the Winners will be made via e-mail and/or SMS and/or telephone on or before 26 May 2022.
** Should Truworths be unable to contact the Winners by 27 May 2022, notwithstanding reasonable attempts by it to do so, it reserves the right to select alternative winners. In such event, the first-chosen entrant will have no recourse against Truworths.
Terms & Conditions
** You will be required to provide you identification number and/or document in order for Truworths to carry out necessary checks. Checks will ensure that the Winners are in good standing with their Truworths account(s) and that the Winners are not staff members of Truworths.
** The prize to be awarded in this competition shall not be redeemable for cash and is not transferable. The gift card may be used to reduce the balance on any Truworths account but may not be used to pay any instalment due on such account.
The gift card concerned may not be redeemed against cellphone purchases and related products or purchases made using any fashion delivery service.
** Non-compliance with these rules shall render the Winner ineligible to participate in this competition and to receive prize/s.
** The gift card can be redeemed within 3 years of date of issue.
** The Winner hereby gives Truworths permission to use his/her name/s and/or photograph/s in any promotional and/or advertising material for the purposes of marketing, which permission may be revoked.
** Truworths reserves the right to vary these rules in its discretion and without notice provided that any such variation does not serve to prejudice any entrant or to favour any entrant over any other entrant.
