Competition Details :

** trufm will give away R50 000 to a needy high School.

** To nominate a school, members of the community need to post pictures of the school on Facebook, twitter or Instagram using #trufmback2school and tag @trufm.

** Nominations must state areas in which the school needs help (demonstrate with pictures).

** Finalists will be announced on the 20th January 2017.

** Thereafter, listeners will be asked to vote for the school they deem needy of the assistance.

Rules :

** The High School must be within the Eastern Cape.

** The High School must be a previously disadvantaged school.

** The High School must be financially needy. The school must demonstrate the state of the school and what they will utilise the funds for.

General Competition Rules :

** The competition is open to all South African citizens except directors, partners, employees, agents, service providers and consultants of the SABC, trufm, the sponsor and all its subsidiaries and its holding company, if any, as well as all spouses, life-partners, parents, children, siblings, business partners and associates of such persons.

** The competition will run during the period advertised on trufm.

** Entries received outside of the competition period will not be considered for the competition draw.

** If it is via SMS OR E-MAIL ENTRY (that is, electronic), there is no restriction on the number of entries. You may enter as many times as you like to increase your chances of winning.

** The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into thereafter. Neither the SABC, trufm, Sponsors nor their agents will be held responsible or answerable to any entrant for any dispute arising from the competition or prize awards.

** Prizes are not transferable.

** By entering the competition, entrants agree to accept these rules and to be bound by them.

** The SABC, trufm, Sponsors and their agents reserve the right to cancel, modify or amend the competition at any time if deemed necessary in their opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of their control.

** They must have not won within 3 months of entering another competition.

** They must have an active bank account in cases of cash give ways.
