The Local Choice Card Competition

Purchase any participating products, use your Choice Card and stand a chance to win a Polo Vivo 1.4 Trendline Valued at R210,000.

Competition Period

This Competition will run from 10 June until 15 September 2022. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

Who Can Enter?

** Participants must be 18 years or older and have a valid identity document or passport during the period of the Competition

** Participants must have a valid driver’s licence.

** Participants may not enter or receive a prize if they are directors, members, partners, employees, agents of or consultants of The Local Choice group, their franchises, holding companies, divisions and/or associated companies or of the advertising or promotion agencies or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by The Local Choice group, or their spouses, life partners, immediate family members or business partners.

** By entering this Competition, all Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, and The Local Choice’ decision regarding any issue with the Competition will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

** No responsibility will be accepted for any entry that is not delivered at The Local Choice head office, received or is delayed or damaged.

How To Enter?

To participate in the campaign, you must

Step 1 : Hold a valid identity document and have adequate proof of residence as required by RICA laws

Step 2 : Have a valid driver’s licence

Step 3 : Purchase any participating product at The Local Choice pharmacies with your Choice Card, during the competition date 10 June 2022 – 15 September 2022

Step 4 : Participants need to present their Choice Card (rewards program) at the Pay Point which will be entered automatically.

Step 5 : One individual will be randomly selected from all new Choice Card entries from the relevant date and awarded to participants with eligible entries and correct information on their Choice Card membership profile.

Note :

** Incomplete or incorrect entries will not be eligible to be entered into the draw.

** Entries are unlimited, one entry is equal to one participating product purchased with Choice Card.

** Entries must be by the Participant submitting them and not by a third party on the Participant’s behalf.

Prizes

** The Local Choice “Choice Card” prize consists of 1 brand new Polo Vivo 1.4 Trendline

** Winners will be randomly selected from the Choice Card members entries

** The prize winner must collect the Polo Vivo prize from the VW dealership located in Johannesburg.

** Should the winner reside in an area KZN/Cape Town, the prize would need to either be transported to the nearest branch in KZN/Cape town for the handover OR the winner should fly to Johannesburg for the handover.

** The prize is not refundable for cash.

Terms & Conditions

** The Local Choice reserve the right to shorten, extend, suspend the time period of the Competition or terminate the Competition whenever it should so choose for technical, commercial, or operational reasons, or for reasons beyond its control or generally for any reason whatsoever within their sole discretion.

** The Competition, its prizes, and terms and conditions may be amended by The Local Choice, at any time during the Competition, and will be applied and interpreted within their sole discretion.

In such an event, all Participants waive any rights that they may have/purport to have in terms of this Competition and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against The Local Choice whatsoever.
