This year’s main prize is not just a year’s supply of coffee either. Besides, giving away more coffee than ever before, we have also teamed up with the good people over at SMEG to give away one of their cool filter coffee machines.

Competition Period

The Competition commences on the 10th of November 2022 and runs until the 10th of January 2023. Any entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

Eligibility

The promotional competition is open to all South African residents over the age of 16 (sixteen) in possession of a valid identity document.

Entry Requirements

** To enter, participants will be required to: Visit the Terbodore Website and enter the competition via the competition entry form held there. Additional entries are available through the mechanics outlined on the competition entry form.

** The Prizes are neither transferable nor redeemable for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute Prizes with any other prize of comparable commercial value.

** No purchase is necessary to qualify for this competition.

** Participants must enter their correct contact details. If a Winner has given incorrect contact details, the Promoter reserves the right to select another Winner in terms of the rules.

Prizes

Main Prize :

** A SMEG Filter Coffee Machine

** A year’s supply of Terbodore Coffee: 4 x 250g Terbodore coffee packs of your choice per calendar month

Second Prize :

** A total of 6kg of Terbodore Coffee: 24 x 250g Terbodore coffee packs of your choice sent once-off

Third Prize :

** 4 x 250g Terbodore coffee packs of your choice

** TCR Washed Classic Cap

Selecting Winners

** The ‘Main Prize’, ‘Second Prize’, and ‘Third Prize’ winners (‘Prize Winners’) will be selected by means of a random draw on the 11th January 2023.

** The ‘Prize Winners’ will be required to provide their name, ID number, Copy of their identity document, contact details and sign an acknowledgment of receipt of the prize.

** The ‘Prize Winners’ will be notified via email where the Winners will be required to verify their details and provide a contact telephone number. The Promoter (or their agent) will endeavor to contact the prize Winners via email once every day for 3 consecutive working days after their name is drawn.

Delivery Of Prizes

** The ‘Third Prize’ Winner will be notified via email where the Winners will be required to verify their details, confirm receipt of their prize, and arrange delivery.

The ‘Prize Winners’ will need to present their ID in order to collect the prize. The prizes will be sent to them via courier to the address provided at the time of prize receipt confirmation.

** The ‘Main Prize’ and ‘Second Prize’ Winners will be notified via email where they will be required to verify their details, confirm receipt of their prize and arrange monthly delivery.

The ‘Main Prize’ and ‘Second Prize’ Winners will need to present their ID in order to collect the prize. The prizes will be sent to them every month via courier to the address provided at the time of prize receipt confirmation.

** Prizes will be delivered via courier to the address provided by the ‘Prize

Winners’ at the time of prize receipt confirmation. Someone will need to be at home to sign for the prize. The ‘Prize Winners’ will need to be at the address provided to sign for the Prize.

** Changes to the ‘Main Prize’ and ‘Second Prize’ Winner’s delivery address details during the 12-month period of prize delivery will only be made at the discretion of the Promoter. Proof of a valid reason will need to be provided before a decision is made.

Terms & Conditions

** The promotional competition is not open to any director, member, partner, employee, agent or consultant of the Promoter, the marketing service providers, or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by these entities, including their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.

** Any participant under the age of 18 years must be fully assisted by his/her guardian, who approves of and consents to the participant’s participation in the competition and the participant’s receipt/possession of

the prize.

** By participating in this competition participants agree to receive future marketing material from Terbodore Coffee. However, the participant has the right to unsubscribe to receiving marketing material or request the promoter to delete their information by contacting the Promoter at online [AT] terbodorecoffee.co.za or opting-out from any electronic marketing message.
