** This competition is promoted by takealot.com (reg. no. 2010/020248/07 (“takealot.com”, “us”, “we” or “our”).

Competition Period :

** The competition runs from 1st May 2022 until 14th May 2022 (the “Competition Period”).

** No entries will be accepted after midnight on 14th May 2022.

Who can enter :

You are entitled to participate in this competition if

(i) you are at least 18 years old / reside in South Africa;

(ii) it is lawful for you to be awarded the prize.

** You may NOT participate if you are a supplier of goods or services in connection with this competition, or if you are a director, member, partner, employee, agent of, or consultant to takealot.com or any other entity which directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by takealot.com, or if you are any of the aforementioned persons’ spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister or business partner.

How to enter :

** You can enter this competition by purchasing any Warwick Wine product on takealot.com during the Competition Period.

How many times you can enter :

** Each purchase you make during the competition period that contains a minimum of one Warwick Wine product gives you one entry into the weekly competition draws. You are allowed to enter as many times as you like.

Entry fees :

** There are no additional entry fees to participate in the competition, and no additional charges involved in acting as set out in section 4 above.

Prize :

** The prize for this competition is a year’s worth of Warwick wines, broken down into a total of 24 cases of Warwick wine valued at over R12500.

** The prize is intended to be shared by the winner and their Mother.

** The prize is not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

Winner :

** Takealot will chose the winner by way of randomised computer draw from all qualifying orders as per the steps set out in section 4 above, which is in compliance with these rules and in takealot.com’s sole discretion.

** The winner will be announced on the 15th of May 2022 via email and we will send them an email to request his/her name, surname, email address, ID number, delivery address and telephone number (the “Participant Information“). We will make two direct attempts to obtain such information in a 48 hour period.

** Once we have received this information, we will deliver the prize to the winner in 7 – 14 working days, subject to section 10 below. Proof of identity may be required upon delivery. Regarding the application of these rules and the selection of a winner in terms hereof, takealot.com’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into with a competition participant other than the winner.
