Promoter :

** This competition is promoted by takealot.com (reg. no. 2010/020248/07 (“takealot.com”, “us”, “we” or “our”).

Competition Period :

** The competition runs from 7 November until 15 December 2016 (the “Competition Period”). No entries will be accepted after midnight on 15 December 2016.

Who can enter :

** You are entitled to participate in this competition if (i) you are at least 18 years old / reside in South Africa; (ii) it is lawful for you to be awarded the prize. You may NOT participate if you are a supplier of goods or services in connection with this competition, or if you are a director, member, partner, employee, agent of, or consultant to takealot.com or any other entity which directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by takealot.com, or if you are any of the aforementioned persons’ spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister or business partner.

How to enter :

** To enter simply buy a bottle of Strawberry Lips on takealot.com during the competition period. Your purchase order number will automatically enter you into the prize draw.

How many times you can enter :

** Each individual purchase made as per point 4 will grant you one entry into the prize draw. You can enter as many times as you like.

Entry fees :

** There are no entry fees to participate in the competition, and no additional charges involved in acting as set out in section 4 above.

Prize :

** The prize for this competition is one of two LCD electric hairbrush hampers worth R1500 each. The prize is not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or alternatives.

Winner :

** The winners will be drawn by way of randomised computer draw from all successful entries. Takealot.com will select winners who have taken the steps set out in section 4 above, is in compliance with these rules and in takealot.com’s sole discretion.

** The winner will be announced on 19 December 2016 on takealot.com’s social media pages and we will email the winner to request his/her name, surname, delivery email address, ID number, delivery address and telephone number (the “Participant Information”).

** The winner will also be required to submit a competition release form prior to receiving their prize delivery. We will make two direct attempts to obtain such information in a 48 hour period.

Prize Delivery :

** Once we have received this information and a competition release form we will send your details to DGB who will deliver the prize to you in 7 to 14 working days, subject to section 10 below. Proof of identity may be required prior to delivery.

** Regarding the application of these rules and the selection of a winner in terms hereof, takealot.com’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into with a competition participant other than the winner
