You may not participate in this Competition if you do not agree to be bound by the Rules and if you enter this Competition or participate further in this Competition, doing so will be confirmation that you agree to these Rules.

Competition Period

** The Competition will commence on 25 November 2022 and will end on 31 December 2022 (“Competition Period”).

** No entries will be permitted after 23h59 on 31 December 2022

** No entries received after the Competition closes will be considered and any entries received after this date will be rejected automatically.

Eligible Entrants

In order to be eligible for participation in this Competition, an entrant must :

** be 18 (Eighteen) years of age or older on the date that you enter;

** be willing to provide the Organisers with their personal information including, but not limited to, full name/s and surname, age, physical residential address and mobile telephone number;

** be a citizen or permanent resident currently living in South Africa or a foreigner legally residing in South Africa;

** be in possession of a passport valid for at least 6 months & able to secure their own visas for the USA;

** be in possession of a mobile cellular phone with a number duly registered in the name of the entrant, or the entrant’s legal guardian as the case may be; and

** be a registered SK Club member

** undertake to abide by these Rules.

** Each entrant represents and warrants that by entering in or participating in this Competition, he/she has full eligibility to do so. The Organisers reserve the right to request proof that entrants have met any or all of these eligibility requirements.

How To Participate

To enter the Competition, and stand a chance of winning any of the prizes, eligible entrants will be required to :

** Swipe your SK club card when you book to watch Bohemian Rhapsody at Ster-Kinekor Theatres during the promotion period of 25 November 2022 – 31 December 2022.

** This competition applies to Cine Prestige, Cinema Nouveau and Commercial cinemas and IMAX.

** There is no limit to the number of times entrants may enter the Competition during the Competition Period, however the number of entries will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning the prize as mentioned below in clause 5.

Prize

Eligible entrants stand a chance of winning the following prize :

** A limited edition Bohemian Rhapsody guitar

Winners

** One (1) winner will be randomly selected by electronic draw at the end of the Competition Period.

** A random draw will take place at the offices of Ster-Kinekor located at 185 Katherine Street, Sandton on 3 January 2019, after the Competition Period has closed.

** The winner will be notified by phone and email on 3 January 2019.

** The winner will be contacted by 10:00 on the morning of 3 January 2019 and, if there is no response, will continue to be contacted until 12:00, after which the 1st winner will no longer be entitled to this prize.

** The 2nd in line winner will be contacted between 12:00 and 15:00 that same day. After 15:00 the 2nd in line winner will no longer be entitled to this prize.

** The 3rd in line winner will be contacted between 15:00 and 18:00 that day in order to qualify for the Prize. If the 3rd in line winner is uncontactable for whatsoever reason, the Organisers reserve the right to draw additional winner/s for the Prize.
