1. My contact details have changed, how can I amend my profile?
To update your email address or phone number, sign into “My Account”, click on “Profile”. Here you can update your personal information. When you are done click on the “Save Profile” button.

First you need to block your card – either at TFG Online, in store or with customer services (0861 111 761 or onlineshop@tfg.co.za). Then you’ll need to visit your nearest store to sign for and collect a new card (you will be charged for card replacement).

Yes. We do understand that this can be a concern, especially if this is your first time shopping online, but we can assure you that your credit card information is encrypted and protected with the best software available via PayU.

This is not a problem. When you purchase your eGift Card you will be able to select the date that you would like to send the eGift Card via SMS or email.
