Natural Ingredients :
** Because we use natural clays in our products, colour variants (and occasional texture and viscosity variations) might occur.
** Due to the high mineral content of the clays, natural settling of the clay might occur when the density of the clays exceed that of the Base Product.
Product Care :
** Please store in a cool place, away from the sun.
** Be careful not to contaminate the products with water, should you wish to decant them into other bottles/ containers.
** Even one drop of water could cause a chemical reaction which could severely affect the quality of your Skin Clay Products.

Payment Options
** Skin Clays accepts payment with PayFast and EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).
** Note that you are not obliged to have a PayFast account to pay by credit card.
** All Skin Clays product prices are in ZAR (South African Rands) and exclude shipping costs.
** We send orders throughout South Africa & Internationally.
** We cannot deliver to a PO Box and will need a physical address for all shipping within South Africa.
** The payment must be made before the order can be processed and manufactured.
Costs are as follows :
** National – door to door: R70
** National Overnight – door to door: R120
** International – door to door: R150

Returns
** We sell all of our products with a Satisfaction Guarantee to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases.
** Should there be a problem with your purchase, please make sure that you notify us within 7 days of receipt of your parcel.
** Damaged goods will be either replaced or refunded.
** You are responsible for postage costs of returning the item.
** We recommend using registered mail to return items, as we are not liable for any items lost in the post.
** If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item at your expense.
** On receipt of the goods we will refund.
