Cadbury Glow Mother’s Day Competition

1. Promotion Period :

1.1 The Promotion will run from 17th April 2022 – 8th May 2022 (“the Promotion Period”). No entries received after midnight on the 8th May 2022 will be accepted.

1.2 The duration of the Promotion may be extended or curtailed at the discretion of the Promoter.

2. Who May Enter :

2.1 All Participants must:

a. be a natural person and be 18 (eighteen) years of age at the date of the entry.

b. be a citizen of the Republic of South Africa and/or a legal resident of the country.

c. Be in possession of a valid South African Identity Document/valid residency documentation and/or valid South African Driver’s License, whichever is applicable to the Promotion.

2.2 Participation in this competition excludes directors, members, partners, promotional and advertising agents, merchandisers, employees or consultants of the Promoter, their Agencies, organizers and participating stores, of the Competition and the spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner or associate of any of the said persons.

2.3 A person may not win more than one prize within a 3 (three) month period following the first win, nor shall any member of such person’s family residing at the same address (including, but not limited to, aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents, in-laws, etc.). The Promoter reserves the right to withhold prizes from any such person, and to reclaim any such prize if a breach of this rule is subsequently discovered.

3. How To Qualify For The Promotion :

3.1 To enter :

** Visit the Cadbury Dairy Milk Facebook page (.facebook.com/CadburyDai…),

** Locate the Cadbury Glow Mother’s Day pinned post, and

** Mention or tag your motherly figure on the pinned post.

4. Can I Qualify More Than Once For The Promotion :

4.1 Multiple entries will be permitted, subject to each entry being submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements. A participant may only win one prize. Should there be any dispute in this regard; the Promoter’s decision will be final.

5. Prize :

5.1 Participants in this promotion stand a chance to win 1 of 3 experiences for two (the winner plus their nominated motherly figure) valued at R5 000 each.

Winners may choose between the below 3 prize options :

** A Spa experience with your mom to the value of R5000

** A shopping spree with your mom to the value of R5000

** A cooking course with your mom to the value of R5000

5.2 Bookings are subject to availability and will made on the winner’s behalf by the agency contacting the winners based on the agency’s preferred supplier. Should the winner’s chosen experience (from the above options) not be available in their region/area, the winner will be requested to choose an alternative prize option. Prize valid from 15th May 2022 to the 15th May 2018. No date extensions will be allowed.

** If the booking exceeds R5 000, the recipient will be liable for the balance. Travel to and from the experience/activity is NOT included. All additional meals, drinks and activities are NOT included. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferrable.

5.3 Prizes are not transferrable, exchangeable and may not be redeemed for cash and if not taken up for any reason, may be forfeited or be the subject of a separate draw or be allocated at the Promoters’ discretion to another winner.
