Introduction

** Participation in this Competition is governed by these terms and conditions (the “Rules”).

** Participants are encouraged to review the Rules before entering into the Competition and acknowledge that they been given an appropriate opportunity to do so and that they understand and accept these Rules.

** This competition is operated by Nestle South Africa (Proprietary) Limited (“Nestlé”)

** Participation in the Competition constitutes acceptance of these Rules and Participants agree to abide by these Rules.

Eligibility

** By participating in this Competition, Participants agree to the rules set out below.

** This Competition is limited to residents of Botswana, Swaziland, Namibia and Lesotho.

In addition, the following people shall not be eligible to participate in this Competition :

** Directors, members, partners, promotional and advertising agents, merchandisers, employees or consultants of the Promoters.

** People who are not legal residents and/or legal citizens of Botswana, Swaziland, Namibia and Lesotho.

** Spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner or associate of any of the persons specified in 1.1 above.

** Persons under the age of 18 years.

** The Competition shall commence on 27/12/2017 and will end on 11/02/2022. No entries received after midnight on the 11/02/2022 will be considered.

Mechanics

To participate in this Competition, Participants must adhere to the following :

** The qualifying products for this promotion include: MAGGI 2-MINUTE noodles 73g or MAGGI 2 MINUUTE noodle MEGA 5 pack in any flavour, and may be purchased from any retail stockist. Please note that no other Nestle South Africa products are eligible for this promotion, other than those products mentioned above. The qualifying products are subject to availability at time of purchase

** Consumers must purchase any qualifying MAGGI 2-Minute Noodles product, fill in the entry form found in participating stores and drop the entry form into the entry form box found in the participating stores.

** The prize draw will take place by the 23/02/2022 and the winners will be notified telephonically before the 25/02/2022

The Prize

** Participants entering the competition stand a chance to win 1 of 3 Adidas backpacks filled with stationery supplies per participating store.

How to claim your prize

** At the time that a potential prize winner is identified and contacted he/she will be requested to submit certain documents such as their original and unique proof of purchase (receipt/till slip), dated and timed before their entry date and time , and a copy of his/her ID document to the Nestle representative upon request. The slip is not to be written on or tampered with in anyway.

** The potential prize winner is not an actual winner until his/her submission is validated and his/ her documents are completed and submitted to the Nestle representative. If a potential prize winner does not meet the eligibility requirements, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected subject to the terms and conditions herein.

** If the Promotors are unable to reach any of the potential prize winners after 3 (three) attempts made within 3 (three) working days of their name being drawn, for whatsoever reason, including incorrect telephone numbers or inoperative telephone numbers, such winner will be disqualified and a runner up finalist will be deemed the potential prize winner subject to the terms and conditions herein.

** The winner will be allowed 72 hours to provide the requested documents as listed above and any other item’s the promoter requests

** Winners will be required to collect their prize from the participating store

** Any additional expenses arising from accepting and using the prize will be from the winners own account

** Winners are only eligible to win once in this competition
