Nestlé KLIM Competition :
Introduction :
** Participation in this Competition is governed by these terms and conditions (the “Rules”).
** Participants are encouraged to review the Rules before entering into the Competition and acknowledge that they been given an appropriate opportunity to do so and that they understand and accept these Rules.

** This competition is operated by Nestle South Africa (Proprietary) Limited (“Nestlé”) in conjunction with TCC FUSION (the “Promoters”).
** Participation in the Competition constitutes acceptance of these Rules and Participants agree to abide by these Rules.
By participating in this Competition, Participants agree to the rules set out below :
** This Competition is limited to residents of South Africa.
In addition, the following people shall not be eligible to participate in this Competition :
** Directors, members, partners, promotional and advertising agents, merchandisers, employees or consultants of the Promoters.
** People who are not legal residents and/or legal citizens of the Republic of South Africa.
** Spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner or associate of any of the persons specified in 1.1 above.
** Persons under the age of 18 years.
** The Competition shall commence on 1 April 2022 and will end on 30 April 2022.
** No entries received after 30 April 2022 will be considered.
Mechanics :
To participate in this Competition, Participants must adhere to the following :
** Participants are required to purchase any Klim (250g or 400g ) or Cocoa ( 125g or 62.5g) product with a promotional on-pack sticker at participating stores and retain their till slip.
To enter the competition and stand a chance to win cash prizes participants are required to SMS their Unique Code and Name to 32111. Each entry is charged R1.00 per entry.
** Winners will be determined by random draw that will be held daily between 8 am – 8 pm each day of the competition period – one winner per hour.
Participants may enter the competition up to a maximum of 3 times within a rolling 7 day period, provided that Participants purchase the participating products each time and complete the competition entry and enter a new unique code, subject to the following conditions :
** All entries from disqualified participants’ mobile numbers will be rejected
** Only one prize per household and per person
** No computer-based entries will be accepted
** Any mobile number that enters an incorrect unique code five (5) times in succession will be locked out of the CompetitiDon for the entire duration of the promotional competition (“Blocked Participants”)
** Blocked Participants have an opportunity to call the Nestlé Call Centre on 011 514 6116 or 086 009 6116 between 09h00 – 16h30 Monday to Friday should there be a valid reason, which is accepted by the Promoter, for the Blocked Participants to be allowed to enter the Competition.
The Prize :
** Participants in this Competition stand a chance to win: R3000 is up for grabs each day.
** There will be 12 winners in total (one per hour from 8 am – 8 pm) each day of the competition period.
** All winners will win a R250 cash voucher during the competition period.
