Terms & Conditions :

1. By entering the “Musica’s Santa Search” competition, all participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. All information collected pursuant to the competition is collected by New Clicks South Africa PTY LTD trading as Musica. By submitting your information to New Clicks South Africa PTY LTD trading as Musica, you consent to New Clicks South###brcompetition.

3. In order to be eligible to enter the competition, a participant :

3.1 must be at least 18 years old and residing in the Republic of South Africa;

3.2 must complete all required fields on the online entry form including their full name, surname, valid email address, and valid contact number;

3.3 must accept the terms and conditions before entry will be accepted;

3.4 must correctly answer the question “How many Santas are in our Christmas catalogue?”

4. All participants who meet the eligibility requirements set out above will automatically be entered into the competition.

5. The following persons and entities are not eligible to participate in the competition :

5.1 directors, members, partners, employees, agents of or consultants to New Clicks South Africa PTY LTD trading as Musica, its subsidiaries, divisions and/or associated companies (“New Clicks South Africa PTY LTD trading as Musica”) or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by New Clicks South Africa PTY LTD trading as Musica, and their spouses, life partners, immediate family members and business partners;

5.2 directors, members, partners, employees, agents of or consultants to the advertising and promotion agencies of New Clicks South Africa PTY LTD trading as Musica and their spouses, life partners, immediate family members and business partners.

6. The competition commences on Tuesday 08 November 2022 at 9:00am and closes on Sunday 25 December 2022 at 11:59pm.

7. One (1) winner will be drawn by random selection from all eligible entries by 27 January 2017. Only one entry per participant will be accepted. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence in this regard will be entered into.

8. The prize for the competition is one grand prize consisting of one of the following :

** Xbox One 500GB console,

** 2 Gods of Egypt solar chargers,

** Cat Stevens – Tea For The Tillerman vinyl,

** Van Halen – Van Halen vinyl,

** The Rolling Stones – Hot Rocks vinyl,

** The Eagles – Greatest Hits 1971-1975 vinyl,

** The Vampire Diaries Season 6, and Game Of Thrones Season 4.

** The combined value of the hamper is R8 959.55.

9. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or for any other item. If, for any reason, New Clicks South Africa PTY LTD trading as Musica cannot provide any of the prizes, New Clicks South Africa PTY LTD trading as Musica will award an alternative prize of a similar value.

10. The winner will be required to provide New Clicks South Africa PTY LTD trading as Musica with proof of identification in the form of a copy of his/her identity document, passport, or South African driver’s licence.
