Introduction

** MTN Customers who purchase a qualifying voice bundle, data bundle, or digital services, shall receive an SMS notification advising them to participate in MTN Spin ‘n Win promotion (“the Competition”).

Duration

** The Competition is available from 24 November 2017 (00:00) until 31 January 2022 (23:59) (“Competition Period”).

Who is Eligible

To enter the Competition, the customers must meet the following criteria :

** be a natural person over the age of 18(eighteen);

** be an MTN PayAsYouGo customer;

** be an MTN TopUp customer;

** be an MTN Classic customer; or

** be an MTN MadeForMe and My MTNChoice customer;

** This Promotion extends to foreign nationals.(“Qualifying Participant”).

Customers are excluded from participating in the Competition if :

** Customers are a director, member, partner, employee, agent or consultant to the Promoter/s or any marketing service provider in respect of the promotional competition or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the Promoter/s or the spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner or associate of such a person; or

** it is unlawful to supply the prize to Customers in terms of any legislation or public regulation and the Promoters reserve the right to require proof that it will not be unlawful to supply a prize.

How does the Competition work

** Eligible MTN Customers who purchases a qualifying voice bundle, data bundle, or digital services, the Customer shall receive an SMS notification advising the customer that they are now able to participate in the MTN Spin ‘n Win promotion

** MTN Spin ‘n Win shall be available to the customer via the MyMTN App, Web (mtnspinnwin.mobi) and USSD (*136*083#) after performing a qualifying recharge/bundle purchase.

To qualify for the promotion; customers are required to purchase the following MTN products :

** MTN Data bundles to the value of 50MB or higher.

** Any MTN WOW Voice Bundles; and/or

** Digital Services.

Customers will receive spins as below per recharge denomination;

Data Bundles :

** 50MB-500MB= 2 spins;

** 501MB-2GB= 3 spins;

** 2.01GB-5GB Spins= 4 spins; and

** 5.01GB+= 6 spins.

Voice Bundles:

** Daily= 2 spins; and

** Weekly + Monthly= 3 spins.

To qualify for MTN Spin ‘n Win promotion, customers must purchase;

** A minimum of R3 daily MTN WOW bundles;

** A minimum 50 MB data bundles and

** The recharge is non-cumulative, meaning that a customer must recharge with the qualifying values in a single event.

** Any qualifying recharge performed via any recharge channel shall qualify the customer to participate in MTN Spin ‘n Win promotion.

As soon as a customer purchases a qualifying MTN WOW voice bundles, data or social bundle; an SMS shall be sent to the Customer prompting them to Spin to Win via;

** USSD *136*083#;

** Mobisite .mtnspinnwin.mobi; or

** MyMTN App.

** Should a customer perform multiple recharges, and not go into the MTN Spin & Win App immediately, the MTN Spin ‘n Win App shall accumulate the spins and credit the customer’s account accordingly so long as the customer redeems their spins before midnight on the day of recharge.

** Customers must always spin to stand a chance to win.

** Spins are only valid until Midnight (23:59:59) on the day of the qualifying recharge.

** There is no carry over of unused spins.

** Customers can only win once;

When will the Draw take Place?

** The draws for the R1 million grand prize will take place every Monday, and the winners will be contacted on the day. Customers will be requested to provide verification documentation to be audited before being confirmed as the winner of the grand prize.

Required documents are :

** Original ID or Passport;

** Proof of address which constitutes a valid proof of address;

** Confirmation of bank account letter from Bank;

** 3 Months Bank Statement

** The draws for all other prizes will be announced instantly upon a customer’s participation in the Promotion. Winners will receive a call from an MTN representative within 48-72hrs to confirm delivery details for the prizes.
