** The competition runs from 26 November until midnight 21 December 2022.The competition is open to SA residents only
How To Enter
To Enter simply follow the steps below:
** Find the Pinned post on Loot.co.za’s Facebook page
** Comment with a screengrab of or link to the product that is at the top of your wishlist this festive season and use #LootFestive.
** You only have to enter once.
** Remember to ‘Like’ our Facebook page
** Every day at 11am 1 winner who followed the instructions above will be drawn using a random number generator and will be contacted on Facebook.
** The winners will be chosen by a random draw daily for the duration of the competition, contacted on Facebook and will have 4 hours to Inbox Loot.co.za on Facebook, with their email address and contact number.
** Loot will then forward these details on to the Expresso Morning Show’s Marketing/Product team who will contact the winner telephonically.
** The winner will then be called on Live TV (on the Expresso Morning Show on SABC 3) between 6AM to 9am every weekday and will stand a chance to win a prize.
** If a Winner however does not Inbox Loot within the stipulated 4-hour period, they forfeit their chance to participate and a new winner will have to be drawn. The new winner will have 1 hour to Message Loot with their contact details. Only Loot and Expresso will have access to the winners contact details.
** The judge’s decision on the Winners are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
** The general Loot Online T&Cs also apply.

Promotional Vouchers :
** Promotional Vouchers cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
** If you are claiming a voucher which has been distributed for Marketing purposes, then only 1 voucher can be claimed against an order i.e.
** only 1 voucher per order, per customer will be allowed. Loot reserves the right to terminate or expire promotional vouchers at any time at their own discretion.
What is a special order?
A special order is where our supplier doesn’t have stock of the item in question. Even though the supplier doesn’t have stock, we can still order it from them and there is normally a reasonable chance that we will be able to obtain the item in question. Please see the special order FAQ for more information about special orders.
How long will my order take?
It depends on what’s on the order and the delivery method you choose. There are two components to the time taken – the time to dispatch, and the time to deliver. Each product on Loot.co.za has a dispatch estimate that may vary between 24 hours and few weeks, depending on where the product is being sourced from. The time taken to dispatch your order is dependent on the slowestitem on the order.
When you place your order, we will estimate the latest date that we would expect to dispatch the order. Once we dispatch the order, the time taken for you to receive depends on the delivery method you choose. This can vary from instantaneous if you’re collecting it from us directly, to about a week for post office deliveries.
How do I get my VAT number printed on my invoice?
Normally, you need to enter the VAT number in the checkout process before placing the order. If you forget to do this, please email us at info AT loot.co.za, and we can add it retrospectively for you.
How do I get an invoice for my order?
First find the order using the [Order history] link (see previous question). When you’ve clicked on the order you’re interested in, you will find a [Show invoice] button that will allow you to obtain an invoice in Adobe PDF format.
