** These are the standard terms and conditions for competitions conducted or organised by or in association with Kansai Plascon.

** Your entry into the competition and/or your acceptance of a prize (in the event that you win a prize) constitutes your binding acceptance of the terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and any person with whom you may share a prize (in the event that you win a prize which is for you and one or more additional persons).

** The Organiser is Kansai Plascon (Pty) Ltd, 10 Frederick Cooper Drive, Factoria, Krugersdorp, South Africa.

** No persons under the age of 18 years of age may enter.

** This promotion is open to residents of the Republic of South Africa aged 18 years and above who are in possession of a valid identity document (“the participants”) and excludes employees and families of employees of Kansai Plascon (Pty) Ltd, their advertising agents, sales agents, promotional agents or any other person connected with or involved in the organizing and running of this promotion.

** To qualify, participants must purchase a minimum quantity of 5 (five) litres of Plascon True Colour paint product and retain their till slips as proof of purchase.

** You may not participate in or win a competition if you have won a competition organised by Kansai Plascon within the past eight months. You will be eligible to participate in a competition organised by Kansai Plascon after the expiry of eight months after the date on which you won the last competition.

** To enter, participants must SMS the word “Plascon True Colour”, the last 6 digits of their Plascon True Colour Paint product and their name to 32979.

** SMS entries are charged at R1.00 each. No free minutes apply. Each SMS entry will receive a reply acknowledging receipt of entry. Bulk SMSs will not qualify as valid entries.

** The winning cellphone number must belong to the person that entered.

** Your Receipt / till slip / invoice or other document evidencing the purchase of the product must be kept as proof of purchase.

** The barcode number that is chosen as the winning number will need to match the proof of purchase. If the barcode number you have entered with does not match the proof of purchased supplied, the entry will be disqualified and a new winner chosen.

** Multiple entries are permitted to a maximum of five, provided that each entry is submitted separately and is in accordance with entry requirements.

** The promotion will commence on the 1 February 2022 and end on the 30 April 2022.

** The winners will be contacted directly, and his/her name will appear on social media as a winner.

** The winner will be required to submit proof of purchase within 48 hours of being notified.

** The award of all prizes is subject to the winner consenting to publication of his/her name and photographs.

The Prizes :

** One lucky consumer will stand a chance of winning a Chevrolet Spark.

** One lucky consumer per week will stand a chance of winning their Plascon True Colour paint purchase back up to the value of R5000.00 for the duration of the campaign (1 February 2022- 26 April 2022)

** Kansai Plascon will only arrange transport for the winner to the dealership where the prize is located. Any other expenses incurred to collect or claim the prize will be for the winner’s account. The winner must thereafter arrange his/her own transport, accommodation and spending money for their return trip from the dealership.

** Kansai Plascon will not be held responsible for any damage, loss, theft or death caused to any person when using the vehicle

** It is the responsibility of the winner to service, maintain, insure and fuel the car

** The winner must hold a valid RSA code EB/C1 driver’s license. Alternatively, the winner must take possession of the vehicle while being accompanied by a person who is in possession of a valid driver’s license. The winner will be responsible to register and license the vehicle, if applicable.

** Winners cannot select specific criteria for the vehicle such as colour, model, engine capacity and other extra features.

** Kansai Plascon cannot guarantee any specification and features of the vehicle as the prizes are provided by an external supplier and depend on stock availability.

** There will be a total of 12 weekly winners (one a week) who will win their paint purchase back up to the value of R 5000-00.

** Proof of purchase will need to be provided in order to claim any of the prizes up for grabs.
