Italtile & Sunday Times Win a Bathroom Competition Rules
1. Introduction :
** Italtile Retail (Pty) Ltd (promoter, we, or us) is running a promotional competition.

2. Definitions :
In this Agreement :
2.1 Participant or you means the person who enters the competition.
2.2 Promoter means Italtile Retail (Pty) Ltd or its agencies used to promote this competition.
3. Duration :
** The competition will run from 6am on 23/10/2022 to 23/10/2022 and ends at 10pm and the draw will be published on 20/11/2022 in Sunday Times Home Weekly.
Participation :
3.1 The competition is conducted by the promoter and its third party contractors.
3.2 No one who is a director, employee or agent of or consultant to us or who is a spouse, life partner, close family member, business partner, or associate to a director, employee or agent of or consultant to us may take part or enter the Competition.
3.3 This competition is only open to legal residents of the South Africa aged 18 years or over.
3.4 You must have a valid South African ID when claiming a prize.
3.5 Entry into this competition is regarded as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
4. How to enter :
4.1 By 2 entry options: SMS the word “ITALTILE” followed by your name, surname and telephone number to the sms number 40730 published in the Sunday Times / The Times and stand the chance to win a Bathroom Makeover to the Value of R75 000. SMS charged at R 1.50. or by entering online: .italtile.co.za
4.2 Only Humans can enter, no electronic activated entries allowed.
4.3 We are not liable for any technical failure that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted.
4.4 Consumer Protection Act. Under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), we need to keep records of all the people used to promote the promotional competition. We (or one of our subcontractors or affiliates) will keep this agreement for three years to serve as the record as required by the CPA.
5.No liability for Sunday Times or The Times :
5.1 The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Sunday Times or The Times.
5.2 You release Sunday Times or The Times all liability for any damage you may suffer. You will be giving information to us and not to Facebook

6.2 Redeeming prize. We will award the prize after the close of the competition within a reasonable time.
6.3 Transportation of prize. You are responsible for the transportation of the products won within this competition.
6.4 Installation. You are responsible for the installation of products won within this competition.
6.5 Limitation to using your prize. Certain conditions may apply to redeeming your prize. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by you not being able to use the prize at a time that is convenient for you.
7. Prize winner selection and publicity :
7.1 Choosing a winner. The prize winner will be randomly drawn by the promoter after the end of the competition.
7.2 How will you know if you have won? Winners will be contacted via email and/or telephonically. Winners who have not given the promoters the correct details will forfeit the prize. We will attempt to contact the winner three times in a 72 hour period. If we do not receive a response, we will draw another winner.
7.3 We may ask winners to take part in publicity connected to this competition. Winners grant permission for us to use their names and photographs in any advertising and promotional material for this competition. You may ask us to remove your name or refuse to take part in any publicity.
7.4 You will not receive any payment for taking part in the competition, or taking part in any media format related to it.
7.5 The prizes are not transferable. You cannot ask us to give you another prize of similar value or to pay out the value of the prize. We may substitute any prize with another prize of similar value.
