- Degree in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry
Duties
- Assist in development of new and modification of existing products to meet customer requirements by following the procedures laid down in relevant parts of the Quality Manual.
- Provide technical support to Customers and Sales.
- Supports and ensures completion of Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Plan on customer/product performance complaints
- Support Operations, Sales & Marketing.
- Participates in presentations to customers
- Support for Industrial Solutions & Durable goods operation by trouble-shooting problems in Production, QC and Purchasing.
- Maintain SHEQ standards and apply good laboratory practice to laboratory work.
- Prepare accurate and meaningful technical reports according to scientific norms.
- Perform other duties/tasks as may be required within the scope of the position
