** This Promotional Competition (“Competition”) is organised and run by Gaviscon and Reckitt Benckiser South Africa (Proprietary) Limited, including its affiliates, partners, associations and agents (“Organisers”).

** The Competition is open for entry by all South African residents of 18 years and older with a valid South African identity book and a valid driver’s licence, except employees of the Organisers and its advertising and/or promotion agencies, outlet owners, retailers and wholesalers that form part of the Competition and their immediate families.

** The Competition is not open for entry by or on behalf of a legal entity and participants cannot use the account of a legal entity to enter the Competition.

** By entering this Competition, all participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which will be interpreted by the Organisers and the Organisers’ decision regarding any issue with the Competition will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

** This is a Short Message System (“SMS”) based Competition. Entry will only be via SMS, all networks supported. Entry confirmation will be sent via SMS to all successful entrants.

** No responsibility will be accepted for any entry that is not delivered, received or is delayed or damaged due to technical reasons or otherwise. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

** SMS’s will be charged at standard rates of R1.50 each. Errors will be billed. By entering this Competition, it will be deemed that the account payer has agreed to the charges.

** To enter this Competition, all participants are required to SMS the word “GAVISCON” to the SMS short code 33320.

** This Competition will run for a limited time, from 6 March 2022 until 28 April 2022. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

** Participants are not required to purchase any gaviscon product to enter this competition.

Prizes to be won in this Competition :

** 3 (three) x Smeg Kettle (KLF01); 5 (five) x Smeg 4-Slice Toaster (TSF02); 3 (three) x Smeg Variable Temperature Kettle (KLF02); 5 (five) x Smeg Blender (BLF01).

** Participants may enter multiple times, however, regardless of the amount of entries, participants will only be entitled to 1 (one) prize should they be drawn as the winner.

** The prizes may differ from that shown on the promotional material with regard to colour and specs and same shall be subject to availability and in the Organisers’ sole discretion to select same.

** The prizes do not cover any other costs of the winner whatsoever and the prizes do not include insurance, which is highly recommended before the winner takes ownership of the Prize.

** The prizes are not exchangeable for cash, and will not be transferable or negotiable.

** The Organisers reserve the right to substitute the prizes for an alternative prize of equal or greater value should the prizes promoted not be available due to unforeseen circumstances.
