Must have:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Diploma in Human Resource/Employee Relations/IR qualification from any public institution
- Computer literate – advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
