As the Learning and Development Intern you will be responsible for supporting the L&D Manager with the development, implementation and coordination of Flash’s training needs and the development of its people. Your skills will provide the L&D team with strong attention to detail and an ability to proactively engage with external and internal stakeholders.

Learning & Development Intern (6 MONTH CONTRACT) at Flash

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administration of:
    • Learnership Programmes – NQF 2, 3, 4, 5
    • Training systems
    • Internal and external short courses
    • Capturing and uploading training onto the Sage 300 People system
  • Maintain Training Calendar
  • Co-ordinate learners’ schedules (including invites, venue, catering and travel)
  • Organise and collate training resources
  • Entry-level content creation
  • Track and report on Bursaries
  • Capture and upload training onto the Sage 300 People system

Requirements

QUALIFICATION:

• Degree in Human Resource Management or similar qualification is essential
