Intern: Presentation Scheduling
The intern would be required to assist the Presentations scheduling team in creating accurate daily schedules for transmission across a multi-channel platform thus being responsible for the final schedule and the distribution of it to On Air users both internal and external.

The incumbent would be required to assist the finance department with ad hoc requests and queries on an administration level. Assist the department with regards to invoice retrieval, capture thereof, petty cash queries as well as keep BEE documentation up to date.

Intern: Media Library
Position 1 The incumbent would be required to gather, organise and store all content generated or acquired by the eMedia Group Position 2 The incumbent would be required to gather, organise, store and report on all content generated or acquired by the eMedia group. The Music Usage Coordinator is also required to gather, check and report on all music usage across all channels in the eMedia Group.

Intern: Quality Assurance Reviewing
The incumbent would be required to view material intended for broadcasting on any of eMedia network of channels and to do a complete quality assurance review of this material, ensuring that it meets the e.tv technical standards and comply with specifications of the various channels. The incumbent would also be required to ensure material information is timeously loaded in the BMS.
