A learnership is a training programme that consists of both theory and practical elements. It offers a way for you to gain work experience, as well as an NQF registered qualification.
To qualify for the Learnership, you must possess all the required qualifications and meet all requirements before applying for the Emang Mmogo Mining Resources, Emang Mmogo Mining Resources Learnership 2023.

Emang Mmogo is currently looking for unemployed youth to be part of our Learnership programme.
The Emang Mmogo Learnership programme is an entry level transformation initiative, aimed at building a sustainable group of unskilled people. Who will support the business in meeting its objectives by addressing the present lack of skills with the mining sector.
Emang Mmogo also offers 5 Learnership programmes for our unskilled youth/ community members, for the duration of 1 year, with a stipend of R4000 per month.

- Code 10 driver’s license
