Coca-Cola Engen And WW Competition Terms & Conditions :

1. This Competition (“Competition”) is organized by Coca-Cola Africa (Proprietary) Limited, and Engen Petroleum Limited and/or their designated agencies (collectively ‘’Promoters’’).

2. The Competition is open to permanent residents and citizens of South Africa over the age of 18 years in possession of a valid South African Identity Document, except any employee, director, member, partner, agent or consultant or any person directly or indirectly who controls or is controlled by the Promoters and/or immediate family members of any employee, director, member, partner, agent or consultant of or person indirectly or directly in control or controlled by the Promoters, their advertising agencies, advisers, dealers, suppliers and Bottlers of beverages identified by the trademarks owned by or licensed to The Coca-Cola Company, its affiliates and/or associated companies (“Disqualified Persons”).

3. By entering the Competition, all participants and winners agree to be bound by these rules which will be interpreted by the Promoters, whose decision regarding any dispute will be final and binding. The Promoters reserve the right to amend, modify, change, postpone, suspend or cancel this Competition and any prizes (which have not yet been subject to a draw), or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason which the Promoters reasonably deem necessary.

4. The Competition commences on 01st July 2017 and ends on 31st August 2017 both days inclusive.

5. Participants will receive a R20.00 Woolworths E-voucher (“Reward”), subject to compliance with these terms and conditions.

6. To receive this Reward, participants must purchase any 3 of these products Coca-Cola ( All flavours included), Bonaqua Pump or Powerade (“Participating Product/s”) from any participating Engen Forecourt Shop during the Competition period. The participant must then SMS the unique code found on your promotional card and name to 48446 in order to receive the Reward.

SMS cost is R1.00. Free SMS’s and SMS bundles do not apply.

7. Participants may enter the Competition as many times as they wish provided they purchase the Participating Products each time and follow the entry mechanics. However, in the event that the participant returns the products purchased, the relevant automatic entry will become null and void.

8. Participants will receive a reply SMS with their Reward code.

9. Entries which are unclear, illegible, submitted via an incorrect entry mechanism, contain errors or are from Disqualified Persons will be declared invalid.

10. The Prizes are neither transferable nor redeemable for cash and the Promoters are not liable for any defect in the Prizes. The Promoters reserve the right to substitute Prizes with any other prize of comparable commercial value. Should any dispute arise in relation to the interpretation of these Competition rules, the Promoters’ decision shall be final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
