Eligibility

** This competition is open to individuals who are permanent residents or citizens of South Africa, aged 18 years and older, with a valid South African ID document and a South African bank account.

** This excludes Amka Products (Pty) Ltd employees, their advertising agencies, sales agents and their immediate families.

** This competition is exclusive to the Republic of South Africa.

Competition Period

The competition commences on 1 April 2022 and closes on 31 July 2022.

How to Enter?

To enter and stand a chance to win, entrants must buy any one (1) of the products listed above with a promotional sticker (containing a promotional code on the back), dial *120*22233#, and follow the prompts. All calls are charged at 20c per 20 seconds in every session. Entries are limited to five (5) per cell phone number and five (5) per person per month.

Prizes

Entrants stand a chance to win a share of R475 000 in total prize money, divided as follows

1. From Monday to Sunday entrants stand a chance to win one (1) of 100 daily cash prizes worth R3 000 each. A total of R300 000 will be given away in daily prizes over a period of 100 days.

2. The chance to win one (1) of three (3) grand prizes in the amount of R100 000, R50 000 and R25 000 each respectively, totalling R175 000 in grand prize money.

Winner Announcement

** The winners of the grand prizes may be announced in the media by 31 December 2022. Winners will be notified and verified telephonically on the cellular number used to enter the competition.

** Following three (3) unsuccessful attempts to make contact with a drawn winner, the prize will be awarded to the next eligible entrant drawn. Each entrant is obliged to enter the competition using a phone number that is owned by and registered to that entrant.

** No person can use another person’s phone number for competition entry purposes. This is to avoid fraud and possible litigation between the phone owner and the entrant.

Terms & Conditions

** You cannot enter the competition if you have won a prize from Clere within the past 12 months i.e. 12 months prior to 1 April 2022.

** This competition applies only to the purchase of any 300ml or 500ml Clere Body Crème or any 200ml or 400ml Clere Body Lotion (excluding Clere for Men and Clere Radiance Body Lotions and Crèmes).

** Proof of purchase may be required in order to claim a prize.

** The first daily draw will take place on 23 April 2022; the final daily draw will take place on 31 July 2022.

** Daily winners will be notified within 48 hours of the relevant draw, subject to verification. Winners’ prizes will be fulfilled within 10 working days of verification. Note: Daily winners have to submit their details within 24 hours.

** Grand prize winners will be drawn randomly at the end of the competition and prizes will be awarded once the competition has closed. Entrants who win daily prizes are still eligible to win one (1) of the three (3) grand prizes.

** The winners of the grand prizes will be contacted by 14 August 2022.

** Grand prize winners will have five (5) working days from the date on which Amka Products (Pty) Ltd has contacted them to submit their identification and bank account documents to claim their prize.

** If the winner does not comply within the stipulated time, he/she will forfeit the prize and a new winner will be drawn and the terms and conditions set out herein shall apply thereto.

** Grand prize winners’ prizes will be fulfilled by 11 September 2022. Winners may be invited to attend a ceremonial prize handover.

** The winners of the grand prizes may be announced in the media by 31 December 2022.

** Prizes are not transferable.

** By entering this competition, all winners consent to Amka Products (Pty) Ltd and/or its agents to publish their photo and/or names in the media without payment or compensation.
