Your contact details allow us to effectively communicate essential information to you. This includes information about your medical cover, benefits, newsletters and general Bankmed information.
If you have dependant’s and you update their contact information, you can stand an even higher chance to win as your name will go into our lucky draw twice.
Your cellphone number and e-mail address are required to access our digital tools through the Bankmed website and App. Our digital tools make it easy to access your medical and health information.
With these tools you can also manage your membership, submit claims and other important documents within your preferred platform.
Who Can Enter?
This competition is not open to any person who is a
(a) a director, member, partner, employee or agent of, or consultant to Bankmed or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Bankmed or
(b) a supplier of goods or services in connection with that competition; or
(c) the spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of any of the above parties.

The competition will run from the 24 September 2022 to 25 October 2022
How to Enter?
Step 1 : Log into your Bankmed profile by clicking on LOG IN on the top right of your screen
** Click on the YOUR DETAILS tab at the top of the page
** Then click on the UPDATE YOUR DETAILS tab (This applies for dependant details as well)
** Follow the prompts to check that your details are listed correctly
** Update your details if they are outdated or incorrect

What if I haven’t registered as a member on Bankmed’s website?
If you haven’t registered on the Bankmed website, you’ll need to register before you can start utilising the member portal on the website or the Bankmed App. You will require a valid cellphone number or e-mail address in order to do this.
Simply click on REGISTER on the top right of your screen. Follow the step-by-step instructions, and once registered, you can log in to the website to check and update your details.
Please note: If you are not registered on the Bankmed website and have not provided Bankmed with your latest contact details, or if your log in contact details have changed and need to be activated, you need to call us on 0800 BANKMED (0800 226 5633) before you can log in to the website or Bankmed App.
Terms & Conditions
** Winners will be randomly selected
** Bankmed is giving away a R2 000 Checkers voucher
** Giveaway prize winners will be notified of the competition results via DM
** It is the responsibility of the participants to ensure they supply the correct contact details.
** The Judges’ decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
** By entering the competition entrants accept the rules and will comply.
** Any deviation of the rules or any attempt to manipulate the competition will lead to disqualification.
** Prizes cannot be transferred for cash.
** Delivery of prizes will be communicated with the winners and delivery will take place within 2 weeks after the giveaway has ended.
** Bankmed cannot take responsibility for any late entries irrespective of the reason for the entry being late.
** Bankmed is not responsible for any technical error that leads to entries that were not successfully presented. Bankmed does not accept any responsibility for entries that were unsuccessfully delivered.
** Bankmed will request the winners to allow Bankmed to use their name, details, and photos/videos without further compensation for publication purposes. Winners may decline.
** Any personal information including and without the restriction of entrants’ name, address, telephone number, and or email will only be used for competition-related purposes.
Personal information will be processed in line with local laws. Personal information may be shared with third parties assisting in the management of this competition.
Those third parties will process the Personal Information in accordance with local laws.
** Bankmed reserves the right to end the competition, make changes, or suspend the competition without any notice. In this case, all participants agree to take no further legal action or to recover anything from Bankmed and his agents.
