Business Development Graduate position – Marketing & Tenders Assistant
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing/Communication/Language/Graphic Design/Office Administration
Salary: R10,000.00 CTC per month [Non-negotiable]
Tender Responsibilities:
- Review client Documents to assess the needs of the client
- Assist to update and automate the tender internal process
- Search for new tender opportunities across different geographies and industries
- Assist in the preparation of submissions with regards to Expression of Interests, proposals and presentations
- Update the tender checklist
- Assist with follow up of submitted proposals
- Schedule internal tender strategy meetings as required
Marketing Responsibilities:
- AdHoc (Eg: organising gift delivery and sourcing suppliers)
- Assist with the design of presentations, posters and social media infographics
- Assist with compiling the internal and external newsletter
- Schedule posts and report on Social Media performance
- Assist with client event planning
- Responsible for sourcing and ordering all promotional material & office branding
Business Development Graduate
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivation, leadership, and innovation
- Excellent written EnglishCommitted to completing tasks with efficiency (don’t be a clock-watcher)
Overall Purpose
- To focus on the customer experience
- To promote continual improvement, humility, and safety across the Group
- Maintain and update pricing database/customer database
- Consolidate information for preparation of the end of month newsletters
- Prepare and propose sales quotations to management and follow up for approval
- Analyzing trip costs financials
- Enhancing the customer experience
- Identifying and applying for tenders/ business opportunities
- Handle petty cash when required
- Assist the finance and BD team on any purpose when needed
Formal Training/Education/ Experience
- R10,000 basic salary per month (3-month probation period to be assessed based on performance)
Financial Accounting Graduate
Job Summary
We are looking for a Financial Graduate to assist in our Finance Department with ad hoc tasks relating to Accounts Payable, Receivable, Cash Management, and Finance Control. We are seeking applicants that are self-motivated, tenacious and that are willing to commit to us for 3 months.
Qualifications and Skills
- Relevant Degree (BCom Financial Accounting/ Accounting Sciences)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel is Mandatory
- Technically proficient in accounting principles
- Rigorous in summarizing information
- Able to integrate various information (accounting, human, …) characterizing internal activities
Must reside in Gauteng and be willing to travel to Sandton area at own cost
Salary: R10000 monthly CTC
