PEP Buying Graduate Program 2023
If you have a flair for problem solving, numbers, working with people and ambiguity then this 18 month graduate programme has been crafted for you.
The Programme will provide you with exposure to the following:
- Supplier Management and optimising relationships with suppliers
- The End to end buying critical path
- Quality control
- Range building
- Seasonal Trend Presentations
- Negotiation
- Presentation Skills
- Gross profit control
- Sales analysis and action plans
- Researching target market and competitors
- Marketing campaigns
- OTB control
Minimum Requirements:
- 0 – 1 year working experience
- Willingness to travel (only once a year)
- Driver’s licence (advantageous)
- Intermediate level of computer skills (Google Suite or Microsoft Office)

- Consumer Science,
- Clothing / Purchasing Management,
- Fashion Design,
- Retail Management
