Requirements

• An appropriate 3-year tertiary qualification (National Diploma/B-Degree or higher qualification);
• A minimum of 1 year relevant investigation or related experience.
• A valid (Code B or higher) driving licence.
• Knowledge of the following: Consumer Protection Legislation; Consumer Related issues;
• Proven computer literacy;
• Negotiation/Mediation skills;
• Research Skills;
• Administrative Skills;
• Written and verbal communication skills.
