I was doing my metric on 2018 and i failed so last year i decided to repeat my metric and i applied via cao dut is one of university I’ve choosen the problem now when i’m tracking my status it say regret unsuccessful but result are not yet release

I actually wish to do bachelor degree next year. so I am asking if is it possible for me to start studying degree while awaiting my Diploma next year June, because the diploma will be out by July or August next year?
