** The promoter of the SMSPortal Crack the Code Competition (“the Competition”) is SMSPortal (Pty) Ltd (“SMSPortal” or “the Promoter”), with registered office at 3rd Floor, West Tower, Canal Walk, Century Boulevard, Milnerton, 7441.

Application of these terms and conditions :
** By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Closing Date :
** The competition closes: Week1 at 08h59 on 24 January 2022; Week 2 at 08h59 on 31 January 2022; Week 3 at 08h59 on 7 February 2022 and no entries will be accepted after that time.
Who can enter :
** Entry is open to anyone who is able to solve the puzzle and enter via the entry mechanism.
Who cannot enter :
** Employees of the Promoter or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition, shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
What is the prize :
** The prize is a cash amount to the value of R10 000 for the winner of each of the weekly competitions, week 1 – 3.
How will the winner be chosen :
** The winner will be chosen by the Promoter from all entries for the week or overall scoring 100% based on a combination of the time taken, the manner in which and the style with which the Code has been Cracked.
** The Promoter’s discretion in this regard is final.
How will the winner be notified :
** The winner will be notified telephonically within 7 days of the closing date.
** If the winner cannot be contacted or is not able to claim the prize on the specified date, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
** The Promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
Publicity :
** The name of the winner will be published on the SMSPortal website and MyBroadBand website.
** The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material.
