Promoter :
** The Competition is made available by PANDORA JEWELLERY SOUTH AFRICA (“Promoter”) located at Block 2, 4 Karen Street, Bryanston.
Duration :
** The Competition begins on 25 January 2018 at 08:00 am (+2 GMT) and ends on 18th February 2018 at 00:00 2018 (+2 GMT).
Eligibility
** The Competition is open only to persons of the minimum age of 18 years as of the date of entry who are in possession of a valid identity document, except directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the promoter or marketing service providers in respect of the promotional competition, or the spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members, or anyone who within a period of 183 days preceding this competition has won any competition organised, promoted, or conducted by Pandora Jewellery South Africa, or who resides at the same address as such a winner, or who uses the same telephone number to enter this competition.
How to Enter
** An Entry is submitted by providing the Promoter with a potential participants full name, e-mail address and contact number on the Pandora Club enrollment form together with the till slip proving a purchase of over R1500 or making a purchase of over R 1500 online from the Pandora South Africa website.
** Entries will not be returned or acknowledged. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the authenticity and accuracy of all information provided.
Electronic Communications :
** By submitting an Entry to the Competition as described above, the participant agrees to do business with the Promoter electronically.
By agreeing to do business electronically, a participant (i) consents to personal data being stored on Promoters servers,
(ii) consent, subject to Promoter’s Privacy Policy and Rule 13 below, to the electronic communication and delivery via e-mail and post of all documents related to the Competition,
(iii) agrees that the act of submitting an Entry to the Competition is a binding form of the participants electronic signature, which is binding in terms of the Official Rules.
This consent is effective unless and until the participant withdraws it. The participant may withdraw consent to electronic communication and delivery of documents or update contact information at any time by contacting the Promoter at Pandora Jewellery South Africa, First Floor, Block 2, 4 Karen Street, Bryanston, Johannesburg. A confirmation notice will be sent once such requested change is processed.
Winner Selection
** The Competition is a game of chance. There will be 1(one) winner in the entire competition.
** The Winner is selected on a lucky draw basis from all eligible entries submitted within the closing term of the competition day in question.
** The Winner will be selected after the closing date of the competition.
** The Winner will be notified by telephone or e-mail, and asked to confirm their details.
** Failure to respond to prize notification by a potential winner within seven (7) days of the Promoter notifying the potential winner by email will result in forfeiture of the applicable prize. If the potential winner cannot be reached on the telephone number or email address provided within the 7-day period they will be disqualified and a new potential winner may be selected at the discretion of the Promoter. Any prize awarded may be forfeited if a prize winner fails to comply with these Official Rules.
Prizes
** There will be 1(one) prize throughout the duration of the competition.
** The prize with an estimated value of R50 000.00, will consist of an all-inclusive holiday for two people, including accommodation, flights and food for three nights, of which two nights are at the Marataba Lodge and one night at the Marataba Lodge Treehouse as set out here below.
** The prize is redeemable from for travel between 1st May and 31st August 2018.
** Additionally, Jewellery to the value of an estimated amount of R10 000.00 from Pandora forms part of the prize.
** Prizes are non-transferable, may not be substituted by the prize winner, and are not redeemable for cash and no case alternative is offered.
** All additional taxes, fees, duties, surcharges, if any, associated with the redemption of the prize are the responsibility of the prize winner.
** The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any reason.
** All prizes will be dispatched to the winner no later than 18th March 2018.

** Return flights with Mara-Dikwe Air Taxi, from Grand Central Airport
** All meals at mealtimes

Intellectual Property Rights :
** By submitting his or her entry a participant assigns to The Promoter all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to any copyright, in any entry submitted by the participant for the Promoter to hold.
** The Promoter may use or not use, for any purpose, on any media, in whole or in part, in its original or amended form any entry submitted by the participant. By submitting his or her entry, a participant also waives his or her moral rights in the entry including the right to be credited as the author and the right to object to derogatory treatment of the work.
** This waiver is only effective in jurisdictions where it is possible to waive such rights. The User warrants and represents to the Promoter that the entry is in fact the User’s own entry, and that the commercial or non-commercial use of the quote will not infringe the Intellectual Property Rights of any third parties.
