How do I register an account?
Registration on OLX is FREE, and is an easy step by step process:

How do I find an item at OLX?:
Whether you’re buying, selling, or just curious – you can explore the range of items available on OLX by:
Clicking on the Categories, Subcategories and titles of the items you’re interested in within your region, or
Search for items by going to the search box, entering an accurate description of the item you are looking for, select a category, region, and click the “Search” magnifying glass. A search results page of OLX listings will be displayed. Review your search results pages and if you see something you’re interested in, just click on the item title.
How do I post an item on OLX?

No I don’t have an account: no problem, you don’t need one – just follow the steps below
** Click the “Post a Free Ad” button.
** Select the category your item and ad falls into from the category list and click on the link.
** Complete the form on this page by providing details of the item or service you are offering.
** REMEMBER: The better your ad title and ad description, the more responses you will get.
** Upload photos – the more images you have, the better the chance of someone reading your ad and making contact with you.
** Enter your “The Seller’s” information.
** After the registration process is complete you are ready to post your ad – click the Post button
** From here your ad is sent to the moderation team who inspect all ads published on OLX. This is to ensure that ads published are real and of a good quality. Kindly note that the moderation process may take up to 24 hours.
How do I upload a picture with my ad?:
When on the “post an ad” page:
** Find the Add Photos button under the “Ad title” field
** Click Add Photos and a new window will open allowing you to choose a picture from your computer to upload.
** Find the picture you wish to upload on your computer and double click on the image. This will automatically begin the upload process of that image.
** You can now include a description for the image if you wish by typing in the description field that is now showing
** To upload more pictures, repeat steps 2 and 3 – you are allowed to upload as many as 20 pictures.
Please remember :
** the larger the image size, the longer the upload process will take. We recommend that you use images 200kb or smaller in size.
** Ads without images are often overlooked by other users who may otherwise be interested in your item or service. To give your ad the best chance of grabbing someone’s attention, be sure to add as many images of your item as you can.
