Eligibility

This Competition is limited to legal residents and/or legal citizens of the Republic of South Africa. In addition, the following people shall not be eligible to participate in this Competition

** Directors, members, partners, promotional and advertising agents, merchandisers, employees or consultants of the Promoters.

** Spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner or associate of any of the persons specified above.

** People who are not legal residents and/or legal citizens of the Republic of South Africa.

** Persons under the age of 18 years.

Competition Period

The Competition shall commence on 15 December 2022 and will end on 8 January 2023. No entries received after 8 January 2023 will be considered.

How to Participate?

To participate in this Competition, Participants must adhere to the following

** Buy any participating NESTLÉ NESPRAY product (listed below), from any participating store nation-wide, dial USSD code *120*560# and follow the promptsto enter. Keep proof of purchase (receipt/till slip) in order to be able to redeem your prize.

** USSD cost – 20 cents/20 seconds

** Facebook element

** Buy any participating NESTLÉ NESPRAY product (listed below), from any participating store nation-wide,navigate to the Facebook page via the URL: https://www.facebook.com/NesprayZA and follow the promptsto enter. Keep proof of purchase (receipt/till slip) in order to be able to redeem your prize.

** Participants are only entered into the draw once the entry has been completed and their barcode validated.

** Participants who submit valid entries via Facebook will be entered into the relevant prize draws for one of two Lenovo Flex 3 Laptops with LTE connectivity for a year or 1 of 10 R50,000 bursaries or your share of instant data, total data valued at R300,000 (Three Hundred Thousand Rand).

** For weekly / monthly prize draws, entries from all the participating channels (USSD, Facebook) are combined and the relevant winners are selected from this combined pool.

Prizes

The Prize Participants in this competition stand a chance to win

a. 1 of 2 Lenovo Flex 3 Laptop with LTE connectivity for a year;

b. 1 of 10 R50,000 school bursaries; or

c. 1 of 2000 instant data bundles valued at a total of R300,000.

Participants are eligible to win only once weekly but may be entered into the grand prize draw where they will be eligible to be a possible winner.

Daily Prizes :

** 2,000 Instant Data Prizes with a total value of R300,000 to be awarded during the promotional period. Instant data is made available to consumers who enter via the USSD and Facebook channel.

** Winners of the Data Prizes will receive an instant SMS notification of the value of the data they have won on the cellular phone number used for entering. Data Prizes may be redeemed by consumers on the following networks only – Vodacom / MTN / Cell C.

An SMS with the data voucher with dial-in instruction on how to redeem the airtime will be sent to the cellular phone number used to enter the Competition.

How To Claim Your Prize?

** At the time that a potential prize winner is identified, the potential prize winner will receive a telephone call from a representative of the Promoters at which point he/she may be required to answer a few questions regarding his/her eligibility as well as be requested to submit certain documents such as proof of purchase (receipts) and a copy of his/her ID and/or driver’s license to the Promoters representative.

** The potential prize winner is not an actual winner until his/her submission is validated and his/her documents are completed and submitted to the Promoters.

** If the Promoters are unable to reach any of the potential prize winners after 3 (three) attempts made within 3 (three) working days of their name being drawn,

** Eligible winners will have their prizes delivered to them by a representative of the Promoters based on the information they will have shared via the above-mentioned telephonic conversation.
