6. Will the car I have ordered arrive at the agreed time?

On 17 March 2020, Daimler decided to pause most of its production in Europe, as well as operations in certain administrative departments for at least two weeks.

This follows the recommendations of international, national and local authorities. The interruption applies to Daimler’s passenger car, van and truck plants in Europe.

Linked to this is an interruption of global supply chains, which cannot currently be fully maintained. An extension of this measure depends on further developments.

We will do everything we can to minimise the impact on orders and deliveries for you.
