KFC SupaStrika Competition Rules

Competition Period :

** The Competition will commence at 00:01 on 6 September 2021 and will end at 23:59 on 14 November 2021 (“Competition Period”).

** No entries will be permitted after 23:59 on 14 November 2021.

Eligible entrants :

In order to be eligible for participation in this Competition, an entrant must be :

** 18 (eighteen) years of age or older or, if younger than 18 (eighteen) years, be assisted to the extent necessary by a parent or legal guardian;

** be willing to provide the Organisers with their personal information including, but not limited to, full name/s and surname, identity number, age, physical residential address and mobile telephone number;

** be in possession of a valid South African identity document;

** be a citizen or permanent resident currently living in South Africa or a foreigner legally residing in South Africa;

** personally hold a valid South African bank account;

** be in possession of a mobile cellular phone with a number duly registered in the name of the entrant, or the entrant’s legal guardian as the case may be; and

** undertake to abide by these Rules and the General Promotional Competition Rules

** failing which the winner shall forfeit the prize on the grounds of ineligibility.

** Each entrant represents and warrants that by entering in or participating in this Competition, he/she has full eligibility to do so.

** The Organisers reserve the right to request proof that entrants have met any or all of these eligibility requirements.

Entry into the Competition :

** To enter the Competition, entrants will be required to purchase a KFC Streetwise 2 Chips or KFC Streetwise 2 Pap (“KFC Streetwise 2”) or KFC Streetwise 3 Chips” or “KFC Streetwise 3 Pap” (KFC Streetwise 3) (Collectively, “KFC Meal”), at any KFC outlet nationwide, during the Competition Period.

** The entrant will then receive a pack of Supa Strikas Clash Cards (Pack).

** Each Pack will contain 2 (two) collectable character cards.

** If the entrant finds a Golden Shakes card in their Pack, the entrant must, when prompted, enter the unique 10 digit code (“Unique Code”) found on the Golden Shakes card to the following KFC USSD (Unstructured Supplementary Service Data) line: *120*532*Unique Code# (“USSD Line”).

** If an entrant does not find a Golden Shakes card in their pack, one of the character cards will contain a Unique Code and they may stand a chance of winning instant prizes by submitting such Unique Code to the USSD Line.

** An entrant may enter the Competition each time he/she purchases a KFC Meal at any KFC outlet nationwide during the Competition Period and receives a Pack of Supa Strikas Clash Cards.

** All entrants who find a Golden Shakes card are required to retain their till slips as proof of purchase of the KFC Meal.

Nature of Prize and Prize allocation :

** 800 (eight hundred) entrants each stand a chance of winning a cash prize of R2,500 (two thousand and five hundred Rand) (“Grand Prize”) if the entrant finds a Golden Shakes card in their pack, follows the steps set out in clause 1.2 above and is selected as a winner after he/she passes a verification process as conducted by the Organisers.

** Entrants who do not receive a Grand Prize stand the chance of winning 1 (one) of the following prizes by following the steps set out in clause 1.3

** 1 (one) of 75 000 (seventy five thousand) KFC vouchers to the value of R10 (ten Rand) each, which shall be redeemable at any KFC outlet nationwide; or

** 1 (one) of 50 000 (fifty thousand) airtime vouchers to the value of R5 (five Rand) each.

** The winners described in clause 2.2 will be randomly selected by means of an instant digital selection

** The Organisers’ decision will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

** The Competition prizes are not transferable and the Organisers reserve the right to substitute any prize with another prize of similar value.
